Iranian troupe to perform at Swedish biennial
Yas-e Tamam, an Iranian theater group led by director Zahra Sabri, will perform two plays in the Swedish Biennial for Performing Arts, which opened in Malmo on Tuesday.
The plays are “The Earth and the Universe”, an adaptation of seven stories taken from Rumi’s “Masnavi”, and “Count to One” based on a Khayyam’s poem.
A number of workshops, seminars and meetings have been arranged for the biennial, which will run until May 31.
